Travel information

Madison, Wisconsin is home to the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). If you are traveling by air, each of the conference hotels are about a 15 – 20 minute ride from the airport.

Uber, Lyft and taxis are available throughout the city.

Ground transportation

Shuttles will be provided from all three conference hotels to the Lighthouse on Wednesday morning, returning to the hotels after the conference concludes for the day.

If you have additional transportation needs while in Madison, Uber, Lyft and taxis are available. The concierge or front desk at your hotel can help with taxis if needed.

When should I arrive/depart?

You should plan to arrive on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. We will kick off with a welcome party on Tuesday evening and the Fintech Summit will begin with breakfast Wednesday morning at 7:45 AM CT. We will wrap up by 5:00 PM CT on Wednesday and host a networking reception and dinner that evening following the day’s agenda.

Recommended dress

Attire for the meeting is business casual. Jeans are appropriate.

Weather

September temperatures in Madison range from the middle 50s to the low 70s. You may want to dress in layers as meeting rooms tend to get chilly.
